I've completed and enjoyed V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XII and XV (incl. Episode Gladio and Episode Prompto). The only other games I've played but never returned to after one or two days were FFVII's Dirge of Cereberus and FFXV's A King's Tale.
