Alright, here's my photo tour of Chapter 14. This one is quite a bit hefty, given the length of the chapter and the amount of side-questing.

I really like the pic of Barret on the bench - also taken when the screen faded to black, as discussed in other threads (the picture of Cloud sitting on the bench in the previous post was also with this method).

Carrying on with my screenshots of the PS5 playthrough. To be honest, I'm always having a bit of a hard time to make a picture selection of all the snapshots I took (I probably took ~80 pics in this chapter), I hope you'll enjoy this set

One small frustration is that you can't pause during pre-rendered cutscenes, and as a result the snapshots tend to be quite blurry, as was the case during the pillar destruction.

Catching up on the paparazzi playthrough (I went through this chapter about 1 week ago).

Indeed. I took more notice of that during my current 'paparazzi playthrough'. Special mention to the facial expression in chapter 9, I posted some pics in the corresponding thread. .

For some reason I was imagining a dolphin swarm enveloping Junon, mirroring the whispers surrounding the Shinra building. But only those who have been in contact with Priscilla are able to see them.

^Same observation for Chapter 14, where he's in Sector 5 and 6 at the same time. That's Quantum-Chadley for you.

In terms of atmosphere, the fog effects are pretty good, but I wonder if they've overdone it a little. It does give a bit of a different vibe also because the lighting is very diffuse, you don't have much of the hard light/shadow contrasts anymore. I think it's less "photogenic" as a result...

Moving on to the train graveyard. Except for the boss fight, I couldn't get good combat pictures. I felt like the lighting wasn't helping that.

Interestingly, you can enable photo mode and take a good picture during a fade-to-black. The last picture was taken while the cutscene was displaying a black screen. For the anecdote, you can also take a picture of Cloud during the fade-to-black when he's sitting on a bench to take a breather...

Continuing on my paparazzi playthrough. Relatively short chapter, so I'll feature 2 sets of 5 pics this time. I couldn't get a satisfying pictures of our 3 heroes in frog state, sadly.
