I'm not worried about lip synch, they do that toward the end (see: early Crisis Core, FFXIII English trailers).

I thought they said Nibelheim too during the JPN trailers, but with further mentioning in later trailers you can make out Niflheim.
As for the Goblins, they look creepy as hell in the dark, like those Silent Hill 1 enemies that skitter through the halls in the old high school.
