Great Dectective Pikachu 3DS game-Not so great-WARNING: SPOILERS

It sounds like the game wasn't really designed for you in the first place, tbh :monster:

    Unravel

Unravel was the only spark of genuine joy in that cold, desolate E3 presentation from EA last year and it surprised me so hard

    Mass Effect Series

EA's conference last year was fucking garbage and I'm not sad to see it go despite my love for Mass Effect and my hype for Mirror's Edge 2 There's no point for me to sit through 40 minutes of sportsball and drivecar just to get to the good bits

So I have Mass Effect (thread title updated)

Feros has probably my favorite level design in the entire Mass Effect series because it feels big enough to be a wicked sick sky tower installation and it has that classic BioWare plot development structure Also, ME1 has some of the most incredible skyboxes

Hardcore. :monster: For bonus XP and lewts, get out of the car at the last moment and kill it with regular guns, since the Mako limits the amount of XP you earn while killing stuff with it :wacky:

    Suicide Squad (film)

Marketing overall for it seems like it's trying really, really hard to jive with the crowd. Put a hashtag on the poster! Kids love those these days. The Bohemian Rhapsody will really appeal to the older comic book readers, they're into that kind of shit. I dunno, maybe that's being too...

    Mortal Kombat X

WB continuing its shining track record of impeccable support of the PC as a gaming platform by not bringing any of MKXL or Kombat Pack 2 to PC.

Star Wars: Episode 7, 8... and BEYOND!

Late as hell, but this bit of news isn't all that new :monster: Fake movie food has always been cool as fuck and often made practically. Only problem is that most of it is either inedible or tasteless and is made for show :wacky:

Star Wars: Episode 7, 8... and BEYOND!

I felt pretty critical of the way the fights were handled on my first viewing (though I actually loved the choreography), because the framing and positioning caught me off-guard. I warmed up to that sort of framing pretty quickly on my second watch (it's very reminiscent of Episode VI) and I...

Star Wars: Episode 7, 8... and BEYOND!

Tonally the character itself and the speech he gives just comes at odds with the rest of The First Order. I feel Hux comes off as a massive caricature especially in contrast with more complex characters like Kylo Ren. He out-hams Snoke through that one scene alone and I think it's completely...

Star Wars: Episode 7, 8... and BEYOND!

I'm not sure what's there to be called out on. The majority of your analyses on the visual theming may well be spot-on, but the majority of it was not referring to the example I used . :monster: I, too, prefer well-handled visual storytelling over clunky dialogue (though I think the prequels...
