It's so hard to tell. It looks like her regular clothing should be at least partially sculpted since there's small gaps in the cloak, and the cloak itself looks bulky enough to fit over her entire outfit, pauldron and all. That being said, this is an SE product, so watch them glue the base...

It's cuz of all the weighty rubber plastic on AC Tifa. That pinnie that goes over her shorts knocks her balance completely off. Remake Tifa is extremely light in comparison and her gear is more form fitting, so she's able to hold poses more easily and to boot they look more natural.

Got my Tifa PAK from Amazon JP today. Not much to say that hasn't been said already, improved paint and plastic but the sculpt is the same. Fairly happy, obviously the prototype looked better but I'm over that now. Here's some cool poses I did with her.
