Guys, it's really simple why they chose the kids room. There is no 'Master Bedroom'. There is only the cot in Cloud's office--which he and Tifa share (prove I'm wrong ^-^) which would be awkward to lay them on as the usual position is with Tifa on top of Cloud. Hard to monitor them that way...
