(I'm sorry that took so long. I've been ill these past few days, but here's my character. I hope it doesn't strike anyone as over-powered.)
Name: Eydin Eckhart
Codename: Destrillian Prototype # 000 000 007 - Wayward Gale
Age: 17(entrapped 9 years)
Gender:Male
Physical Appearance: Eydin is gauntly. This is only exaggerated by his broad cheek bones that lead to a very pointy chin, stretching his face to look slightly comical. His pale pink lips are constantly twisted into a confident grin. His nose is as equally pointed, his nostrils smoothly creating a faintly rounded triangle at the bottom of his nose. His eyes reflect the pale blue of the sky, with white smokey lines curling from his pupil. They hold an intense mischievous glint. The look is of a wild child, almost feral. Pale blonde eyebrows stand guard above that challenging gaze, starting thick on the outside and coming to fine points just at the edge of his eye. His blonde hair always stays in total disarray. They curl and wave, leaving a mass of pointy "devil horns" and weaving lines that make his head look even bigger. The crown of golden hair stretches to the bottom of his hear, but it's hard to guess the length. The hair gives him an extra inch on his five foot seven height.
Eydin's shoulders stretch out from his body, making him look stockier than he really is. However this is nullified by his willowy arms capped by a slender palm and long knobby-knuckled fingers. His chest is completely flat, and divided by the faint glowing trail of blonde hair starting between his tiny pink nipples and traveling down his smooth belly. he has a set of dimples just above his waist on his back; depressions into his body that would just cup a tiny marble in each.
His legs are just as skinny, but the skin of the knee caps are permanently calloused, and even now, he bears faint pink scaring along his entire body. His feet are strangely wide for how small he is, accompanied by equally large ankles. His toes are as knobby as his fingers, and reach out from his toe, almost spread apart as he stands there.
Personality: Eydin appears a normal, cocky teenager. He's somehow retained a very child-like attitude and very positive, if sarcastic at times, viewpoint. This could be a coping mechanism. He's keen on pranks on others and security and gaining attention through theatrics. He complies to a lot of testing most likely due to the focus of the scientists. But his attention span is almost tolerable at his best times. However, another side of him is revealed when he experiences high levels of stress or utilizes his elemental affiliation and exhausting it. He may become quiet and is prone to violent outbursts. With sedatives and suggestive tones, his ability to focus exponentially increases during this time. Disrupting this focus has proven fatal. There's an experience of tenseness and several witnesses experience slight difficulty breathing when he's in this state.
Elemental Power: Air/Wind
Elemental Abilities: Eydin's affiliation with air has limitless versatility. On top of simply pushing people through sheer force of wind, He can also use it to speed himself up, or create "thicker" air to slow people or projectiles down. He's also been tested to spin bullets off their trajectory when trained, but the timing of his technique is still off. Eydin can also pressurize air from bludgeoning bursts to sheet-thin cutting edges. Additionally, he can suck the air from specific parts of his body, creating a vacuum where he touches and adhering to the surface. More sinister uses for his power could be pulling the air from a target's lungs, forcing air into them until they burst, and also expanding the oxygen or carbon dioxide in a victim to create strokes and other complications. Yet the test subject has either resisted the coercion or cannot control the ability quite yet. Much to the embarrassment of guards, he can throw his voice almost anywhere there's an opening, tricking the security several times into thinking he had escaped.
Psychic Abilities:Eydin's psychic gift is being able to Sense the placement and awareness of others. It requires concentration, something that he lacks, but when he does, he can assess their exhaustion level, their mood, and vague surface thoughts such as hunger, distraction, excitement. Eydin also has a latent, untouched gift of disrupting, disarming, or destroying electronic equipment as well as scramble software. It apparently happens at random without his control, much to the chagrin of the scientists, and they can't quite explain it. More than on one occasion he has changed the intercom speaker to play music from radio signals, but under the most intense interrogation, the mechanism to control it seems unrecognized.
Combat abilities: During his confinement, he has developed an odd fighting style as his own. With bare fists and using his elemental powers, the most advanced combat expert has critiqued his style as "animal-like." His body becomes a flailing ball of fists, feet, elbows, and knees. He twirls inches from the air while constantly keeping his momentum, becoming a maelstrom of strikes.
Forgotten History: Eydin came from a rural German town, often diverting his path from school to wander the woods. Other children who wouldn't tolerate the education could be found, and often climbed trees, exchanged jokes, and did childish games. They became quite fond of fleeing from the occasional truancy officer that would patrol through. He soon was smitten with a girl in those woods, and even followed her to school a few times, much to the surprise of his parents and the school teachers. Even though the first time it was only learn Alita's name, he started to attend regularly. However, one day Eydin went to search for a beautiful rose that was rumored to grow in the steep mountains beyond the woods. Alita heard what he was doing, and fretting for him, followed the trail to the foot of the mountain. After the day wore into dusk, the parents became worried, and a search party was issued. By this time, both children had climbed high with crumbling rocks beneath their shoes. Growing out of the rock face, a blossoming blood red rose persevered. Alita clung to Eydin's hand as they hugged the wall, side-stepping closer in unison. Eydin reached out and grabbed the rose, digging the thorns into his hand. He pulled it free, but also pulled himself off the rock face, along with the girl. They both fell screaming to the long fall to the bottom. Eydin survived the torturous fall over the side of the cliff, but Alita laid beside him, limp. Eydin's head was injured in the fall, and strangely, nearby Viola scientist had experienced strange interference with their instruments simultaneously. They suspected a powerful candidate could be living in solitude outside of the community. Alita's father was the first to find the two, and a single scientist found the father. Out of anger and spite, Alita's father claimed to be father to both children, and 'begrudgingly' offered to sell Eydin to pay for his daughter's funeral. Eydin was collected, bruised and bloody, with eyes rolling in panic but unable to protest. The sight of flowers now shatters Eydin's cool exterior and invoke a primal rage, sadness, and fear. Several scientists lost their lives when presenting the child with one.
