Anri Okita is apparently the one on the right... according to google image search . The women thus seem to be close to their actual proportions, but the image doesn't look real. I'd agree it has been airbrushed to heck .

I'm almost taking the step of adding a dialogue box to this picture. It feels like it's taken from a visual novel game that decided to go with a realistic approach. The image is pleasing but it also tickles my creative imagination.
