Boob reduction frightens me too. I looked into the procedure and its much more complicated than enlargement. They cut around the nipple and then take a section out, kind of like a keyhole. It leaves a visable scar on the boob itself and im not convinced it can be done without compromising nipple sensitivity. I wont compromise my nips for anyone, NOT IN MY NAME!
