Yeah, it's bad. Sometimes I swear I can't stop eating - and of course it's all the wrong foods!

It's the same with my periods. Cramping and that overall icky feeling. With me, I am knocked out so bad some months, I need to stay in bed. I try to take extra iron for it, but eh - it doesn't really help.

Plus the moodiness. I swear I can go from rageful to crying to laughing back to crying in one hour, sometimes less, sometimes more.

I tend to get headaches a lot, and that sucks since I get them a lot to begin with.

I used to not really notice a mood change, but I can go from suicidal (well not really) to being very happy in a matter of minutes. wth is wrong with me My hormones have never been as raging as they are now.
