I'll be honest Leena, but I have a ton of requests coming from others - but I'll try to finish yours as soon as possible. I have the Cloud/Tifa forum to do, some signature requests I have to do for some, an icon colorization for Ana, graphics for Aud, and some other stuff. I'll try to do it asap.

At the moment, staff don't want to, though I personally wouldn't have a problem with allowing team creation for social groups with enough activity. Maybe if the staff-created ones are successful enough people will change their minds.
