Drop it like it's hot and watch real shows like Prison Break. Well... When Prison Break was still awesome or House M.D.
[/quote]

PB was only awesome in the first season, less so in the second, and just plain sucked in the third and fourth. Which is also why there won't be a next season.

House remains awesome though.

@ food on page 110, I ate herring at work today, by request. Some people left the room because of the smell though, :monster:.

Spiders. Why am I always the one that has to catch them?! I don't even like the larger ones (especially when they hang from the celing and those that seem to jump off the wall, just when you get the duster by em. )

Why catch them when you can just try out different ways of killing them? More fun and you feel less threatened.

Oh wait, "catch" is probably your euphemism for eliminating spiders now when I think about it.

Well actually I used to get my cat to eat them (i didn't force him to, I just pointed them out to him and he took the bait, so to speak.) And then I got the vac out but had a change of heart all a sudden. So now it's the duster.

I remember this next-to traumatic experience I had as a kid (was probably about 9-10 years old). I was with my classmates on a grassy field, preparing to eat some sandwiches and what-not. Then I noticed a huge-ass brown spider on my back pack. And another one. And even more around me. Then one on my leg! I panicked and screamed due to this predicament.
"Why aren't you bothered by this?!" I shouted to my classmates. It escapes me to this day; maybe the spiders just had a liking for me.
So I ran away from the grassy field, crying of course, and thought I had escaped when I sat down on a bench situated next to asphalt.
Some teachers arrived to calm me down, but then I noticed yet another huge spider was on my leg! I swapped it away and just jumped around like crazy because I had no idea if I had spiders elsewhere. Naturally I cried even more heavily then.

It was a spring extra full of spiders for some reason. I've never seen that grassy field populated by spiders of that size and magnitude, ever again.

Perhaps your classmates didn't see the spiders on you and just thought you were spazzing out while shouting in english at them? :duhard:

So you never saw them again?... One for the alien thread me thinks! 8D Lol

Oi . . . I hate spiders! Hate 'em, hate 'em, hate 'em. Maybe it's the way they seem to crawl about effortlessly with their eight freakishly long legs. I don't know why but I have this natural instinctive fear so whenever I see a spider, I scream, freeze, completely paralyzed by this fear, and then I back away slowly out of the room.

Usually my other relatives will tell me to toughen up and get a broom to kill the animal. Oddly enough I can never ever bring myself to hurt them. Although truthfully I am afraid of them, a small part of me (okay a large massive part! :)) respects them for cleaning up the ickier bugs in our world.

Although one time, one time! (is really hyper and yet sick) I saw this freakishly huge spider. It was similar to a water spider, black, glossy, and well . . . it er loved water, lol. My cousin's friend had to flush it down the toilet but it was bigger than my hand! o.0

Ok, so I wasn't shouting in english at them obviously. Didn't know nearly enough english back then to do that.

And they did witness seeing the spiders. They could be found everywhere in and around the forest area.

A spider as big as a hand eh. I had a neighbour once tell me that she was woke up in the night by her husband because she had a large spider on her face!
Shademp- only joking, I was ;)

Kunoichi - aware of that, I was. Though responded accordingly, I did not. Rules, Shademp does.

Edit: Water spiders suck. I've never seen one, but I've read about them. Any spider that can spend long times underwater is not a spider I can put up with.

WATER SPIDERS STALK YOU MAN!

Have you ever learned to live with silverfishes? Because I have.

My old home suddenly became infested with them a few years ago. They started appearing everywhere. My room was their lucky choice to appear in the largest number. Once I caught one crawling on my face. And many times I had to shake them out of my pants.

But I learned what to do to keep them away. If I didn't clean my room everyday, keep the temperature right, and check my bed, they would inevitably return. I went from absolutely freaking out at their presence, to having to accept the risk of sleeping with them.

Can you believe how happy I am to live in my own place without silverfishes? I'm VERY happy. I don't ever want to return to that decadent shithole of a house.

Fortunately I never had the pleasure of living a healthy lifestyle such as that as Mom and the maids do a weekly sweep. 8(

sucks bbm, same thing recently happened on my guilds forums for a mmo i play. We pretty much use a guest part of the forums for applications to the guild (were one of the higher level guilds in the game so we dont let just anyone in) and an old racist , disgruntled member whom weve kicked out has been spamming it for weeks. The forums guest sections been shut down ever since.
I have to make my rules stricter now <__<

Eeew silverfishes! Shademp I think those insects think of you as a God man. Lol, I'm kidding. Seriously though it seems like you encounter large numbers of insects and that's just . . . wow. Heh so far only spiders tend to stalk me *looks around cautiously* oh and ants but you know they just HAPPEN to be around when I'm in my kitchen during the hot summer days.

Though one time I remember that our garbage was infested with maggots. *cringes* My stepdad-to-be at the time, had to carry it out 'cause both my mom and I were squeamish.
