Only thing that worries me is that they have 'enhanced' the soundtrack? I hope there aren't too many changes...

I hope it just means they're going to set the battle theme on fire and replace it with something less 'oh god it hurts'

There will be one completely new track by Yasunori Mitsuda. Along with the option to switch graphic modes, you'll also be able to switch between the original and "refined" soundtracks. This seems like the perfect way to do a remaster. And Radical Dreamers! Ahhh!

So far everything on the NVIDIA leak has been confirmed, though there was no reason for me to not trust it... I'm just saying this for others who didn't.

Anyway, this deserves a physical release, but... we'll have to wait, as for FF7-8-9 releases on the Switch/PS4.

Well, that one is extremely tricky but not impossible, they'd need to make a collab team with Monolith... which would involve Nintendo too.

I can't say I agree. I'm not a purist or anything, but most of these songs I really don't like. It like the original themes were buried under an orchestra of other instruments. Most of the original songs had fairly stripped-down sounds, by comparison. But they sounded cleaner as a result. These just sound cluttered and overly complex to me. Scars of Time and Bound by Fate in particular. They were so good BECAUSE of their simplicity. You could really feel the emotion in the sound.
