I believe Cissnei was in love with Zack... because even though they had great relationship, they were never particularly close as friends and yet it was obvious that Cissnei cared deeply for Zack, so yeah... I think she was left heartbroken after Zack died.

Case of Cissnei would probably make me cry but I will want to read it. I, too, feel that Cissnei's feelings for Zack were stronger than what they seemed, and yet she wasn't totally in his face about it. It's like she was trying to respect his relationship with Aerith, however hard that may have been.

Especially when you think about how Cissnei grew up within Shinra it would also be interesting to read about how her view of the company becomes shattered.

Cissnei's real name is whatever you (the player) named her in Before Crisis. Cissnei is simply the representation of the BC Turk, whoever the player chose to control.

But it is possible with future FF games. From what I understood the newest FFTA was supposed to have it, but then they rejected the idea. Kind of like the Buster Sword in FFX. It's in the data log with the graphic. But it's been nulled.

There's a butt-ton of junk data in FFTA though. It's got signs of being two different games somewhat inelegantly stuck together, what with the two vastly different artstyles between the majority of characters and the FFXII characters and the Paladin.
