I just had a fucking blast with the MP.

I went from being complete shit to topping the scoreboard.

My favorite moment was running out of the parking lot in an abandoned building, jumping out of a broken window, and dropping out of the sky to slam my fist into the top of another player's head, then proceeding to shotgun his too mates to death.

Shotgun takes ages to kill Shield Modules though doesn't it :\

This was one of those games where it only was a limited edition for the initial release. Mind you every time that has happened I've haven't seen a 'normal' version ever show up.

NFS Hot Pursuit and Medal of Honor are two I can think of off the top of my head that did the same thing.

I beat the campaign. I clocked 9 hours and thirty minutes in the campaign, even though it felt much longer.

Game is fantastic. I really loved some moment so much.

My only gripes are how random enemy spawns can be if you get spotted, and how long it takes you to upgrade your suit. The story could have been a little more meaty in the later half, but the sheer amount of gameplay more than makes up for it.

I just went through the first 4 levels on the second to hardest difficulty and I've been having a real blast. New game+ is an incredible addition. With my new suit powers, weapon upgrades and knowledge of the map I've been destroying the soldiers and aliens.

Currently trying to find time in the day to get properly into the main game.
My only gripe is the continual awareness of presence anytime im in cloak and an enemy is walking right in front of me.
Trying to kill as many people with stealth kills and grabs as possible quite early on.

Did however manage to grab an alien while in stealth, throw it at its mate then shoot an explosive tank to kill both immediately which was fun

It was pretty cool. Expected it to just go down outside and was surprised when it smashed right into the building and the floor below.
Was pretty awesome, although a few pieces of the wall and debris just kept floating in mid-air...o.O

Yeah there's a few glitches.

Also Scott, people are going to notice you if you get too close to them in their line of sight. The cloak doesn't make you invisible after all.

Reminds me of a funny story involving my cloak. I was sneaking through the hargreave building towards the elevators, trying to avoid fighting the troops. ANyway I reached the elevator and opened it, still cloaked. One of the enarby CELL troops notices and walks over to investigate while I go into the elevator. He stops just in front of the elevator and looks inside at me, less than five feet away and says "Huh?" SO I pressed the up button and the elevator doors shut in his face.

As I start to rise up into the building, from the other side of the elevator door I hear a loud emphatic "FUCK!"

Had to pause the game to stop laughing.

Too bad I've never been in New York. Would be nice to walk through places and recognise them from real life. For New Yorkers this probably isn't a big deal considering their city is in movies and games all the time.

It also took me a while to realise that this one huge building in the skyline is the Freedom Tower. I like how it seems undamaged. =p

I haven't played it beyond the demo, but from what I've heard, it's kind of a disappointment compared to Crysis 1 / Warhead - graphics fail to impress, singleplayer's easy, multiplayer's meh, etc.

That is pretty much all bullshit.

Some of the biggest detractors of this game have come around(even on neogaf of all fucking places).

On consoles it looks damn good, on PC it looks fucking GLORIOUS. Easily the best looking game released so far on PC.

I have been having a fucking blast with the MP, and the single player is fantastic on an actual difficulty level.
