Genki means something like "energetic and hyper." I don't think Yuffie's style of it and Jessie's are all that comparable though. Yuffie is more of a bumbling kid.

I am now thoroughly enjoying the internal imagery of Yuffie singing her own covers of Metallica songs, sometimes replacing the usual lyrics with words like Materia, Shinobi, Wutai and GAWD.

As a bonus she also sings her own version of Greased Lightning from the movie Grease.
