So I had a an idea a short while ago, and Noen and I are giving it a test run.

TWM is really starting to piss us off, so we are giving Google Documents a try instead. You'll need a Gmail account to use it, but it seems to be a lot more reliable, a bit more user friendly, and it has a far better layout. It just doesn't highlight stuff you did in a specific color for you (hope that isn't a problem).

How it works is that when you create a document you then specify which Gmail users are allowed to have access to it, and then you can all edit it.

TWM replacement maybe?

I'd be all in favour of it tbh. For one, I'm sick of having to back up all my work because at the drop of a hat, TWM could choose to flip its shit into the ionosphere and delete all your work ever.

During the writing of my post with Dale we used a bit of Google Docs. It wasn't terrible, but the lack of differentiation between who typed what was actually really, really annoying. Forces you to concentrate a hell of a lot more and just typing random notes within text becomes a real detriment.
We do need a replacement so it'd probably work better than the new TWM, it's just not perfect though.

That's the only thing that I was worried about. It's really nice having different colors to be able to tell people apart.

TWM doesn't have like a plus feature where you can pay for pages that won't crash 24/7, does it? (I'd totes pay for it)

EDIT: Also, holy crap I have not read Homestuck but the PesterDessies stuff is hilarious.

In Google Documents you can set the background color of the text you write just like on Word. Everyone could pick a color and just stick with that to tell each other apart, maybe?
