This requiars an explanation

As for timeframe, the fact that my character is a completely related yet completely unrelated means that so long as it takes place before any serious PC-to-PC encounters, it could have happened at any time, You can use any of it and reference it for either past or present, hence removing the need for the retcon hammer.

I will post something about the referenced company, Denann Industrials, at some point - basically it's just a parallel to Viola except also a great deal into biomechanical stuff as well as genetics, and one of those companies that can't take a hint from Viola when it comes to creating supersoldiers, something which I made part of the blurb I constructed

Also, if you've seen/read Afro Samurai you'll probably figure out what Daniel actually is later on. I don't feel like posting a bio for him anyway.

I'm going to put up my art of my character later, and I'm going to ask for a bit of help with color profiles because the monitor profiles and actual RGB/CMYK profiles on Photoshop seem to be miles apart and it's actually concerning me quite a bit. ;-;
