Honestly, looks like the same info we heard from hito previously about stuff like performing combos with the Assist Characters, the L+Circle command for Assist Brave Attacks (1 block in the gauge), L+Square command for Assist HP attacks (2 blocks in the gauge), the downloadable costumes, etc.

The only thing would be a bit from Nomura about the 3rd Birthday costume, the reason for it being that they're being made concurrently and the teams are in the same group so that's how it came to be. The same with the BbSFM one, same teams and the releases are close together. He mentioned Duodecim having lots of DLC like this to be revealed later.
I remember seeing people (can't remember where now ) confused as to why Lightning would dress as Aya, but that's probably because Aya and Lightning are both voiced by Maaya Sakamoto. Although IIRC they said (on 3rd's Twitter or something?) that Sakamoto was cast as Aya before she got the role of Lightning.

I know it can, I've heard it from other people (though "racism" has never been a reason that I've ever heard). But the fact is, despite Shu's claims, while he and I argued, we were the only ones participating in that argument. No one was leaping to his side or mine, no one was thanking either one of our posts or "giggling and reassuring each other that we're right."
Other people only mentioned it after the argument was passed. So I don't see how this particular occasion paints us as intimidating, really.

Just had a thought - in the trailer we see WoL and Lightning preparing to fight before Cosmos' throne, and WoL is accused of being a traitor. Later we see WoL standing before Cosmos mentioning "Maybe I've no right to stand with the light, but I'll protect you, blah blah."
This gives me the idea that maybe the two scenes are related. The story of Duodecim is why, in this prequel, Lightning and Kain and the rest aren't in Dissidia. So maybe, Lightning and WoL face off, he wins and she vanishes, and then he gives his speech to Cosmos, feeling he can't trust his allies anymore but will continue to serve her.
I think it's gonna provide a lot of retrospective character development for WoL. Say he really is a traitor and the other heroes don't fully trust him in Duodecim - means that Dissidia is the story of how he continues on alone and regains their trust by assisting them and eventually rises to be their leader.

That is quite an interesting suggestion, Drake. Perhaps he even does things in his attempts to protect Cosmos that make him genuinely feel he doesn't belong to the light anymore.
It would create quite an interesting arc, and he's a particularly ironic choice for it. Kain's obviously going to have a similar role in this story -- maybe at the end of the day, WoL will be more stained with his allies' blood than Kain.

I used to think the Thanks was too similar to Rep, it got put in during one of my breaks from the site I think.
However, it depends on how you look at it. Thanks to me is saying "I agree with this post" or "this post made me lulz" without having to spam up the thread with those one liners.

Agreed, it has some of the same problems a rep system, but I think it minimizes them.

Then you got to deal with maintaining the entire system, like checking people's rep to make sure they aren't abusing it, adjust numbers for "repflation," check if someone is being rude in reps, argue about rep slashing, argue about rep bans. And no one ever.ever agrees with your opinion so you'll never stop discussing it.
It's a great system to have fun with (minus the egofags) if you are willing to put in the effort. But the effort for most isn't worth it. The Thanks system works fine.

There's one exception to the above though - WoL's dialogue before Cosmos is now "Though I once fought in the name of light, now that honor may be lost to me." So obviously he's done something really bad to make him think this...kinda furthers my theory about him dispatching Lightning.
