For anyone interested in watching Son'y Conference Live, they'll be streaming it through PlayStation Home on June 6th @ 5:00PM PST.

Also, there're rumors that the NGP may be officially named PS Vita.

I read a hands-on on the new NGP / PS Vita thing - looks damn impressive. I thought that, with the advent of fancy smartphones and the like, a handheld like the PSP would lose all attention and specialness, but with this one I'm thinking the opposite thing. Superior graphic capacities, a very wide range of control options (buttons, touchscreens, cameras, three motion sensors, each in three dimensions), etc - most definitely something that game developers can do lots of awesome things with.
