I'm curious to know more about The Quiet Man.
At the moment it's the title that most excited me, and the fact that it's made by Platinum Games makes it even more attractive.

I like to think that the reaction to the FFVII remake was so good that Square made a Decision to go all-in on development after the reception of the first announcement; the original plan being to make a remake similar in quality to the FF 3 one for DS, done by some small unknown studio, relatively low budget. There have been bits here and there indicating more senior staff being assigned and more hiring being done for the project IIRC.
Three years probably also means they basically threw away or redid anything we've been shown in that first announcement video, too - I'd consider that a tech demo at this point.

Well, unlike everyone else who constantly nags people whenever there's a Tweet, I'd like to at least try and understand the production process and see how far along it is, and if possible contribute any way I can.
If the FF7 remake is ANYTHING like FFXV, I doubt I'd ever be disappointed, even a little.
In fact, I'd rather they did an FFV remake in the same style as FFXV, just for kicks because of the job classes and overall experience I had.
Nonetheless, I'm not in a rush to experience games that I have no exact right to (considering the fact I still haven't completed FFXV Royal Edition yet).
I think it's better to play the games we got and enjoy stuff as we get it.
Even something like Battle Chasers: Nightwar is something I think people should appreciate.
