I hate tumblr confessions, all of them. Even if I agree with the confession... I just hate the black bars over the eyes thing. There have been Clerith hating ones too, but the majority have been Cloti. And usually said things like:
"I can't see them together"

There should be a confession for this.
I didn't mind the confessions when they were general or funny. But the hate that's coming out in them is starting to get absurd.
I'd believe it were just one person if it didn't get so many notes of other people leaving even worse comments than the 'confession' itself. If you see the notes for the anti Tifa one, it's so sad.

I mean, if you hate something... why are you so into it? When I hate something I avoid it like the plague. Isn't this the normal thing to do? I grew to like Vanille, actually. She doesn't top Tifa but really, no one does in my fangirl mind but she's still a cool character. I'm not crazy about Terra, tho but she is hella popular, so that's a load of crap.

There's good things about Tifa in the confessions too though, and Clerith/ Aerith gets dissed as well.
Focus on the good confessions guys, and just ignore the bad ones. Though not everybody is going to like or enjoy Tifa's character. Just saying.

Yeah, it's annoying, but people should be free to have their own feelings on something, and it's not all complete Tifa hate there.

I think all these confessions are just stupid, like everyone has been saying, even the 'good' ones. They were cool for a little while but now they're just plain irritating. The comments people are leaving on them are ridiculous, whether bad or good and to mock people's fanart is also sort of stupid.
Sure, not everyone is going to like Tifa's character and that's fine. But she is most certainly not 'weak' or 'dependent'. Don't invent bullshit about a character to excuse your dislike for them. I dislike Snow. I have no valid reason as to why. I just did not like him/his character. Period, end of. No excuse, no gibberish about him. What he is, I didn't like.
Tifa treating Cloud like crap and all this nonsense makes me feel like that these people didn't bother to play the original game whatsoever if that's all they took out of her character. So yeah, I will bash them.
There has been some Aerith hate I've seen and I've left a nasty message on that, too. I haven't seen any anti-clerith though, thankfully. But there's been tons more anti Tifa/cloti I've seen on my dash than anything else and, like Tifabelle said, it's probably the same person going on a rampage.
Also, like Tea-chan mentioned, if you hate something so much, don't you just avoid it? That's what I do. I don't talk about it, I don't bash it or any of that. There's so much negativity in life as it is, why keep dwelling on that and work yourself up over it? Stay positive and be happy!

it's not about whether the confessions are good or bad or I agree with them. They are lame. Not even funny/shocking/whatever.
They are trying to evoke the sense of a confessional, where you don't see the person. Anonymous confessions? Get it? Get it? So clever!
