FYI, that one that was referred to as "gothic poetry crap" was done by GlassShard, a.k.a., Ashley Cope, who not only has been doing fan art for FF7 and particularly Vincent for years, but who also got a skit about chibi zombies featured in a Rising Stars of Manga. I recall her doing lots of fan art for the Vincent/Aeris 'fic I Know What Lies Beneath the Snow Fields around 2000 or so. She's a goddess. =P

The one of Vincent and Cid playing video games is particularly classic, IMO. Who would win in hand-eye coordination, I wonder— the gunman or the pilot?

They label it in English? I thought they called it "shonen-ai" in Japan, which we adopted along with "yaoi." Why have we suddenly gone back to English on Boy Love but stuck with the Japanese word for yaoi instead of calling it HRGS— Hot Raunchy Gay Smex?

So wow, this thread is dead and old as hell, but I have something to contribute...

It's an art form, although not of visual media... Has anyone ever heard of Voices of the Lifestream? OCRemix did 4 CDs worth of original FFVII soundtrack remixes. It's incredible. There are very few songs on the soundtrack that I dislike.

that IS her, or at least intended to be. they just had to cut down on the hotness factor to keep some people from fainting. Exposure overcompensating boobs. Tho I agree that's a bit inconsistent.
