Intergrade is the the name for all the graphical upgrades and stuff for the PS5 version. And then intermission is the Yuffie stuff.

Alongside Yuffie and Sonon, additional characters were introduced for FF7R EPISODE INTERmission, including Zhijie, a Wutain who acts as the point of contact between the new Wutaian government and Avalanche HQ, members of Avalanche HQ

So blondie is actually from Wutai. I wonder if the game will use the term "Wutain". I'm so used to this forum referring to Wutai people as "Wutaians".

If part 1 already used the term "Wutain" I don't remember it.

It's cool that they are incorporating elemental switching to her moveset so you don't always need materia in order to deal elemental damage. At least that's what I gather from the description on the press release site (and from the screenshots).

These renders are crazy!! It’s truly like the original design came to life. I’m reminded of the feeling I got when I first saw how true to form the Remake cast was years ago.

I can’t wait to see the rest of the cast now, I bet I’ll get the same feeling.

I do remember them saying there is more to the title of "remake" though. I'm looking forward to seeing if there is some meaning between all the titles.

To place emphasis on the wordplay going on is my guess; "INTER" ties it into INTERGRADE which is fully capitalised in the marketing, and "mission" I reckon is lower case to drive home the point that it's a smaller mission taking place at the same time as REMAKE. Nomura loves this kind of thing.

I'm still waiting for that huge, mischievous, grinning smile from her OG menu avatar to appear on Yuffie's Remake self. If that happens then I'll truly feel nostalgic.
