It wasn't until that image that I really noticed that even not only is the text used on the Japanese Tweet version of the image different – but while the JP version is higher resolution, the shot itself is shifted. You can't see the truck on the right side of the image in the Japanese version – only in the NA version. That also means that you see more of Midgar's plate on the left of the JP version that isn't there on the JP version. The NA version is also taller: you can see more sky, and more of the underside of the highway structure.

I'm wondering if that means that there's a larger version of this image that's an even higher resolution that has all of the Midgar stuff on the left from the JP version and all of the highway and truck stuff on the right from the NA version, and has the extended vertical content from the NA version for both sides.
