That scene on the dock when he grabs her arm and his hand is size of her WHOLE forearm I was just shaking my head. Why does she have to be so tiny? I could see someone like Lightning with him (I'm not advocating that, I just mean relative size and age), but Serah looks 12.

see, I keep thinking that Snow/Serah is supposed to be sort of a foil to Fang/Vanille. Serah and Snow are perfect and wonderful and happy and loli, whereas Fang and Vanille have actual problems that Vanille just isn't sure how to solve, but she would rather die than have Fang go through any pain.

idk, Fanille seems like a better, more realistic Snow/Serah.

I agree that their relationships are sort of a foil to each other. Buuut I wouldn't say Snow and Serah are perfect--I think their relationship is flawed in that he's an idealist to the point of absurdity which...doesn't really help a person who's stuck between a rock and a hard place.

"Has to blame someone." Yeah, but why Snow? Did he not see the giant PSICOM gunship that blew up the bridge she fell off? Did Snow not hold onto her as well as he could? He ended up falling anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered if he did hold onto her. (She also died before dropping...)

I'm not saying he should think logically over the death of his mother. But if some guy fired a gun at someone I cared about. And someone else leapt in front of that person but the bullet passed through and killed the person I cared about anyway...why would I blame the person that tried to save him/her? That doesn't make even the slightest bit of sense.

Yes, Lightning does tell him that PSICOM killed her, not Snow, and the pussy doesn't listen. It's not like its a case of from his point of view it looked liek Snow killed her when it was actually someone else. It was very clear what happened from where he was standing.

Why Snow? Because he knew that Snow was connected to his Mom. I'm surprised he's not mad at all of Snow's friends, too, though. Like, if he blames Snow then he really should blame the whole team. It's an unfair reason, ( btw did anyone else laugh when Snow jumped in the scene with Nora? For some reason I rofled) but like Tres said he's not thinking rationally. No one is going to think rationally when someone they care about dies, especially someone that gave LIFE to them. Btw, it's not like he ignores that part about PSICOM either, he just blames Snow also.

OH COME ON. xD Of course he doesn't listen, he's already too headstrong about it. He has this hesitant sort of face and reaction that says: deep down, I know she's right.

I think they are so sweet together... I just wish I had known more about their relationship, because then it would have been more touching. Couples like Cloud and Tifa, or Zidane and Garnet have a lot of developing that we get to see, but Snow and Serah we get things just rushed at us. Not that I blame them for doing it that way, or anything. :monster:

Because I like how Hope develops as a character. I like characters that grow over time, and have to go through different struggles to reach that point. I especially like if they're annoying as fuck at the beginning, but end up turning their attitude around. Kind of like Sakura from Naruto, or .... I can't think of another example atm, but yeah. :awesome:

and I like Shinji Hope to an extent. I could understand Shinji's parental issues better though. Hope's hatred is misplace I agree, but I think what he needed was something concrete to place his anger into. Snow was just the easiest person to blame, even though it wasn't really justified.

Also, I'm getting the feeling that half the cast subconsciously wants to bang Fang. Or maybe I'm just projecting :monster:

This is the exact part where it started weirding me out. His hand was like, bigger than her head. If Serah wasn't so goddamn small compared to him it wouldn't be so weird looking. I'm not that concerned with the actual age difference.

Celes is 18, Locke is 25.

Rydia is what, maybe 19-20 physically, while she's 7 chronologically. Edge is 26. In TAY, Rydia is physically and chronologically in her 20s, Edge is in his 40s.

And let's not forget Zidane and Eiko. Okay, one-sided, but man for a six-year old that girl moved fast. Obviously has her priorities in order.
