Final Fantasy Riddles

I'm gonna say Gilgamesh doesn't belong - he's the only one without a set 'element' associated to him. Alexander's Holy, Atomos is (iirc, at least the IX version) Gravity (or w/e), and Typhon's Wind. Gilgamesh is often a swordsman, ish. :monster:.

That one was already answered.

I've been lurking in this thread, but I figure I'll explain the riddle to Mog since it seems so obvious to me now and I can't believe I didn't get it.

Commanding the elements - He controlled the four elemental fiends
But existing as one - He eventually absorbs the four of them
I am both a god - The god of discord
And their son - Garland

Well, actually, my thinking was this:

Commanding the elements - the fiends
But existing as one - in FF12, Chaos has four elemental swords and spells, but is officially the Wind summon
I am both a God - Dissidia
And their son - in 12, the Espers are children/creations of the gods.

How do ya figure that? Pretty basic facts IMO - elemental fiends, a god, created by the gods, the Wind summon of a game...

My way of thinking was less obscure haha, but good call on the FFXII Chaos. I always forget that he was based off the Chaos from FFI. It's funny how two separate explantions both work though.

Ok, my turn:

It came from the sky
And wounded me for eternity before its sleep
It awoke once more to destroy me
As a weapon in his hand

Hint: The riddle is told from a FF entity's prespective.

Is it a character, a consciousness, a robot, a god, a monster, a boss, what? "Entity" amounts to nearly anything short of inanimate objects.

The entity i'm referring to is an huge rock with a consciouness.

But the entity itself is not the answer you seek.

Another hint: It's blue.

Jenova then.

And also, the question is badly worded, it's hard to tell if you want us to identify the entity or the "it". Hence my first answer.

Yes, it's Jenova.

Maybe i shouldn't said that the riddle was told from an entity's/the Planet's prespective, then. :monster:

Here's another:

It was on wings of deepest black that I rose against my fathers.

Hint: It's an esper.
