I am tempted to run with the headcanon that the developers know they've been handed an awful project but that they still want to make the best out of a poor deck of cards. I hope they'll make surveys when the game is officially out and that they keep reporting back with transparency. Still don't think this game will survive for more than two years but I'm still eager for any nugget of positive vibes surrounding this title and its development.

The image of Hojo just having shot somebody could be a number of scenarios. Maybe a flashback to Hojo shooting Gast? Vincent? A random scientist? An experiment gone wrong? Can't tell for sure.

People are speculating that the silver-haired SOLDIER at 1:27 -> 1:31 is a young Sephiroth. The timeline could be flexible enough (and either way, Sephiroth may have physically grown up unusually fast) for this to be possible but it could also just be a SOLDIER without a specific identity.
