Depending how far into the future Noel is from, this is a good possibility.

It's nice seeing SE play with the idea of time-travel again; it was one of my favorite aspects of FF8. If Noel's back-story is that he's from a future he's trying to prevent, it would be a good setup for a game with multiple endings and a high replay value. I can't help but wonder what his story has to do with Lightning's though.

Yay she's back!! <3 I didn't knew if she would reprise her role at lightning....I had my doubts. Still I'm pretty glad they sent her back this way <3 Is one of the few voices I loved. (Actually I loved them all except Vanille and Fang's :monster:)

As for new main character Noel, he is actually from the future. As the last surviving human being from his world, he returns to the past in hopes of changing that fate.
