Happy Birthday, old girl! 
All these years we've known each other, right back to the heady heights of ACF, when you were the undisputed Queen of Smex, a title you still hold today. We've had our ups and downs like anyone else, but we've always stuck together and you have no idea how much that means to me. Thanks for putting up with my lame sense of humour, and most of all thanks for being my bosom buddy (...heh 'bosom') See what I mean!? Hope you have a great time whatever (or whoever) you decide to do!

This thread has references to, or pics of, corsets, Warrior of Light, cake, and perverted things....you all know me so well!
Yesterday wasn't as fun as I wanted it to be, on the account of: my not getting a lot of sleep the night before (Whee, gotta love insomnia!), then having to go to an in-class course (with said little sleep), and my (twin) sister cancelling the dinner n' drinks scheduled for that night because neither or her husband are feeling well.
Still, it was a good day, though, because I got a few of my pressies (e.g. flowers, a nice shaver, a bath mat--the kind you lie in!...), had a good time at school, and I was pleased to get all the Happy Bdays from so many people. Voicemails, texts, Skype messages, forum messages, Facebook, Google, Twitter...Every year I always wonder if anyone will remember (aside from my twin sister, for obvious reasons), and it was a wonderful thing, after a long night of little sleep, to have my hubby say it first thing in the morning. After that, it's been one long day of "Happy Birthdays!", I'm happy to say.
I still plan to celebrate...Friday is still scheduled for a Girl's Night Out with drinking, dancing, and good fellowship, and the more formal dinner will happen next week. I also have two Thanksgiving dinners this weekend (yes, October, it's a Canadian thing xD), and I'm going to be getting more bday gifts then.
Last thing I wanted to mention (Geez, this post is a lot longer than I thought it would be!), is about my avatar. As you will note, it's Warrior of Light with something white n' creamy splattering his face. No, that is not what you're thinking (awww!), but rather a birthday cake (you can see the candles if you look closely). I discovered it a few weeks back, and was thrilled because of three things: it's a birthday-themed fanart I discovered around the time of my birthday, it's Warrior of Light (obvs is obvs), and it's something white and creamy in his face--that's delightfully suggestive and funny.
