^I actually clocked that little KH3 segement today when I was going through the Square Enix present footage. Surprised it hasn't been more widely reported. Sounds good anyway.

So I was reading up on Kingdom Hearts' plot recently, don't ask me why...

But the whole Light and Darkness dychotemy balance thing is reminiscent of Final Fantasy III and IV to me...

So I'm thinking there's going to be something that connects Sora to Aqua directly this time around. Especially given the fact they have to wake Ventus up and get Terra restored again.

So we might see the likes of Cecil, Kain, the Cloud of Darkness, the Onion Knights, etc... maybe even the characters from Final Fantasy Dimensions.

And given that Kingdom Hearts is an actual "place", players might actually get to go inside and visit it.

As for mainstays like Cloud, Leon, Sephiroth, etc... they'll probably get involved somewhere along the line.

Heck, we might even see Lightning....

Granted, Disney and FF sounded weird to a lot of people at first too. I instantly liked the sound of it, but not everyone did.

I also didn't care for the idea of including "Pirates of the Caribbean" in KH, and stand by that rejection.

I just feel, there is so much genuine Disney left unexplored in the series. Why jump into acquired franchises? So yes, no to those things. But it's still a funny thought.

OMG yes Tangled, and the companion has to be Maximus, I mean Flynn and Rapunzel are acceptable but Maximus would be superb!!

I'm not sure on Pixar being in Kingdom Hearts, I feel like it would be the same with Marvel and Star Wars in KHIII. Just keep it classic Disney like the rest of the games. Please!!!!

Something tells me they'll try to do Frozen. I mean, with the movie's popularity, it'd be a bit silly not to even consider it.

I was thinking to myself today that I wish certain Dreamworks movies were actually Disney movies so that they could be worlds in Kingdom Hearts.

Like I would love a How to Train Your Dragon world. Or Monsters vs Aliens. Or Shrek. Kung Fu Panda would be excellent.

How to Train Your Dragon was (naturally) the first thing that came to my mind when you said Dreamworks + KH.

@Marcus, you speak truth, but somehow to me Pixar's stuff feel like they remain within the spirit of original Disney, so I could quite easily welcome that in KH. Star Wars and Marvel take place in their own separate universes which are awesome in their own right, but I have difficulty blending them with Disney and Pixar.
