I think that this seems like a decent summary:

I'm quite pleased with them taking a step in a really different direction from previous, and I dig the comic homage tattoos. It'll be interesting to see where they go with everyone else's designs.

I wish they made a colourful Man of Steel film too, I felt it was too dark an shit. If they wanna make a contrasting world between Batman and Supes for the sequel, the colours will be a good means to make them different. Still, I'm more positive for this film in the coming year and will be troubled between this and Civil War.

Also I hope they make Jared Leto wear the purple suit just one time I know white will be his main but purple... come on.

Ledgers Joker was definitely a Nihilist.

I like Letos look. Minus that dumb as fuck "damaged" tattoo on the forehead. Everything else gets a pass though. I just think the forehead tattoo pushes it into trying to hard territory.

Joker reminds me too much of the Borderlands psychos for me to take seriously. Maybe that'll change, but for now he just looks dumb and too obvious/in your face for what I enjoy about Joker.

The re-color would have been awesome on MoS, but I still enjoy the movie. Also, that theme is still amazing.

Come to think of it, I imagine Leto Joker laughing like Daffy Duck ("Hahoo! Hoohoo! Waha! Hoohoo!"), and jumping around like an excited chimpanzee when scheming. Granted, I think that type of Joker has been done before, in Cesar Romero.

God, I just can't get excited about any of this DC stuff. And I don't think it has anything to do with always preferring Marvel, 'cause I was fucking stoked for Nolan's Batman movies.

El Diablo and Croc look a little janky but I'm sure it will look better in motion and on screen after post is done with them.

Now the question is who's gonna die in this movie? Money's on Slipknot and dollar store Sam worthington.
