idk, its important to remember that ancestral karkat was was the post-scratch version of one of the 12 unscratched heroes from a failed sburb session. afaict the dominant theory (therefore most likely to be wrong), this new troll is one of those heroes. so if another version of karkat shows up, it won't be exactly the same as his totally rad ancestor. probably.
