IDW, who publish Doctor Who, Star Trek, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, GI Joe, Godzilla and Ghostbusters comics (to name a few) are going to be publishing a FIM original story comic. The first issue's out the end of November.

Not like that! :) What I meant is that it was already saturday in Spain when I posted it, while in the US it was still friday :monster:

We did get them in Spain. Although it was satellite tv station you have to pay for. And I'm not even sure they aired the whole of season 1.

I'm watching them in English. I'd be damned if I did otherwise!

I don't know the exact time, but since I don't have anything to do today, I'll just check Equestria Daily every now and then, since they'll post some streaming site or something... So you can watch it through streaming :monster:

I watched it already. Was pretty good! :)

BUT. All that "Twilight being ready for whatever" thing... I pray that she doesn't become an alicorn. I fear that they want her to join Celestia and Luna... and I wouldn't want that. She's always been implied to have a freaking crazy talent for magic. But I don't want her to lose her "humanity" (not as in being a human, but as "humanity opposed to divinity").

I felt that just WHO it was that Celestia was talking about was rather ambiguous. I thought that maybe it was possible she was talking about
Cadence. The toy line is being marketed as having Cadence as the princess of the Crystal Empire. I'm assuming she will eventually assume the throne.

Of course. But Celestia actually said "She (Twilight) will succeed. And when she does, we will know she is that much closer to being prepared". So, uhm... Worries, worries... :)

I started watching it this morning, but I got tired and fell back to sleep.

I figured something about a 'crystal empire' would have to do with things, and Princess Candence would be in it - I bought two TRU exclusive packages of small glitter figurines (all the main ponies and then a new male pony named

EDIT: The crystal issue makes me think of Sailor Moon and Crystal Tokyo in the 30th Century.

Actually, re-checking stuff, Tennyo is right in one important thing, which is Cadence is definitely related to the Crystal Empire. I mean, her cutie mark has the Crystal Heart in it :lol and she spreads love and whatnot, which seems to be tied to the way their "protection system" works. So yeah...

I still think Celestia and Luna were talking about Twilight back there, but Cadence should be important for the Crystal Empire in the future. We'll see I guess :)

This episode was quite crazy! I really thought they would go for the "merge all Pinkies into one" approach, so it was quite surprising. And although I didn't like older generation ponies, I think it's good they did the call out. It's their origins after all! :)
