I wonder if any of the same people are even here.

Anyways, I'm glad the old community seems to have recovered. I was torn when ACF jumped ship.

Could be true, it has been almost eight years. I've hopped around the other spin offs as well, FFOF and such, didn't like them as much as the Lifestream concept.

Even still, I always hoped Yuna would give the site to someone else to open it back up. Many people put a great deal of time into that place.

Also yeah, lots of people from back then are here (including yours truly, lols ). I think ACF was back online for a while after TLS was up and running, actually. Just the front page though, not the forums. I'm not sure if it was SY that reopened it or if she sold or handed it over to someone else.

http://www.crisis-core.net/ is still up, and part of ac.net (the main site seems to be down) is on a subfolder of that one, http://www.crisis-core.net/ff7ac/movie/characters.php. Looks like it's still owned by SY based on some random probing.

I remember you, and I've seen many other familiar names, already. It's good to see so many that are still around.

I would always check on AC.net, the front site and compilation sites seemed to flip flop in operation, and the forums never came back. I never knew the gritty details; if she just couldn't afford it, or couldn't deal with some of the more social problems of running a community.

Fuck'em though, it looks like we're all here. Lol

Welcome to the fold, I wouldn't call TLS a replacement for ACF, more a total smack outta the ball park from what we all wanted ACF to be. It probably helps that we're all old fuckers now

That's cos we were the best (and had the most bastards who liked stirring up teh dramahz when Renegades of the Apocalypse did unjust shit!)

I believe the whole group thing was a bit like that popularity clique bullshit you see in teen films. I wasn't interested in them at all until I was asked to join Somewhat Obsessed,then I got sucked into the popularity trenches! But yeah, it was fun for competitions but mostly wank imo.
