Personally I liked the idea of the entire forum voting for and against all current/new staff.

I don't see an issue with having several new
Mods elected if it would make an actual change, I don't know about anyone else but I'm sick an tired of seeing the staff critique threads be filled with "I'll try harder" only for the same moderators to do the same things over and over.

And before the usual two chime in about this being voiced due to personal hatred towards the moderating team. I've sang the same tune since the very first bout of drama and it's not just those who know I dislike them that I think would be in need of review.

If anything I think we need more staff on to help deal with things like the recent events, not because I feel staff aren't doing their jobs, but I feel it's more like we could do with a few more staff members who are a bit more active.

When things blow up the way they did, somewhere at somepoint there's either going to be someone out there dealing with RL stuff to deal with (it happens) or sleeping because of time differences and it's not really fair for the same ones to have to deal over and over again even when it's not necessarily other people's fault, so really what I'm trying to say is I don't think just having one more new mod is going to help.

As for Brooke's idea on giving everyone their own thread, really good idea much better than rooting through this one for all the names constantly.

I think what we need is a wider coverage of time periods. People are expecting their voices to be heard, and people are getting agitated when things aren't being responded to in a timely fashion, even if it is 3am in the morning. i guess people just like this forum that much gosh

Not that it'll change a lot if consensus is required, but if we can get more mods to doing the graveyard shifts, hopefully people can at least feel like they're being heard a little more.

Honestly, I'm in favour of a complete overhaul of staff, but I figure my opinion may still be a little jaded for it to count much.

Your a member to which almost everyone got on with and prior to the recent bullshit I hadn't seen you stand openly against staff.
If recent matters have changed your opinion in the current staff I think you should be entitled to voice your concerns without the same old staff members hiding behind the "their opinion doesn't matter because we know they don't like us"
