I just watched through Episodes... ~11ish - 22 of the first season with a lady-friend this weekend, and am now attempting desperately to catch up before the 29th.

I dont know why I find the evil queen so deliciously hot and sad for her in this series despite her villainy. I dont know why the feels come sometimes, but alas I have more feels for snow white.

It's quite possibly the worst thing I've watched in a while. I'm mid-way through episode 2, and thinking of giving up right now. I'm slightly concerned that perhaps some of the characters and storyline will pass into its parent show, but it's a risk I'm willing to take to avoid further pollution to my eyes.

Of all the plotlines they could've gone with they went with Alice searching for her 'true love' genie dude and Jafar wants the genie dude for some reason, I really don't care about any of it.
The series is most likely gonna get cancelled at some point before season 1 ends because they haven't even been able to average 5 millions viewers. Alice, Knave and Jafar should be moved to OUAT, the rest I really hope I never see there or anywhere for that matter.

The last episode had some stuff in The Enchanted Forest, and it's amazing how it's just obviously so much more quality when they're there.

I have to way that what's her name is like 1000x better in her 15 seconds as Anastasia than she is at any point so far as the Red Queen. She acts like a plank of wood as the Queen. If they cure her, I think that she should come along, too.
I secretly hope that they all come back from Neverland, and Storybrooke is just on fire and in complete and utter chaos and one of the Dwarves is somehow in charge or something, oh - and that Pongo has found Perdita and the boat is instantly swarmed by all 101 of them to distract them from srsbzns and that's the cliffhanger.

I've decided to continue with it, but only because I'm a completionist. As for Jafar, you can tell Naveen's heart just isn't in it. I bet as soon as he was given the snake staff he thought 'what is this sh1t they've put me in'.
The plot itself is utterly rubbish, they're not even trying. The point of the Once franchise was to give each tale a contemporary twist,
Jack is a genocidal woman who kills all the giants ect.
I've also been informed by some fans that Victorian England in this show is actually just another world, like Hamlin, Nottingham and China exist in the Enchanted Forest. So this explains that when the Knave went from Storybrooke he was merely hopping worlds.
Which is utterly nonsensical for any new fan trying to approach the show without seeing the other and it's still a stretch for those who have.
The current season is exceptionally strong currently.
The Pan character just keeps getting better. Does anyone else think the character Gregg's storyline was extremely tragic?

If OUAT made Jaime Chung look like a decent actress just imagine what they could do with Alice.
Yes. He was an innocent little boy who just happen to be with his father at the wrong place, at the wrong time and then his life was completely ruined by magic and Regina. To add insult to injury he gets tricked by a magical character and gets horrifically killed in a magical land while the woman who ruined his life and killed his father for no reason will probably go on to completely redeem herself and meet her true love. For the despicable things he did as an adult is still very hard not to feel bad for him.

Binged all of OUAT in about a week and a half. Overall I enjoy the show - I don't think it's phenomenal but it's consistently entertaining and I do love the premise of it all. My interest tends to skyrocket any time Rumplestiltskin is on screen - he's easily my favourite character, for which I largely blame Robert Carlyle's fab acting.
I do find myself getting irritated now and then with both Regina - whom I want to feel sympathetic towards and whom I usually like but she has this ridiculous, stupid tendency to shoot herself in the foot every two eps - and with Snow/Charming, who seem to be a bit fond of hypocrisy. Emma's cool though, she won me over when she broke into Regina's yard and chainsawed her apple tree like it was no big deal.
Other thoughts:
- Hook has high potential plus I really like his face.
- I hope Pan turns out to just be an sociopathic douchebag with no tragic backstory because while I love what they do with the sympathetic villains on this show I could really use some straight up evil.
- I also hope we get more of Emma and Regina doing Whatever Is Necessary in the name of motherhood.
- Live-action Mulan was one of the reasons I started watching and I'm kinda sad to find that I haven't really taken to her character >: Hopefully she gets more fleshed out, just feels sorta bland right now.
ps i ship rumplexbelle so hard it hurts oh my god i spent half the time they were on screen yelling incoherently either in glee or despair
