The way Biggs and Jessie interact, it seems like they've known each other a while. The way they butt heads in a friendly sort of way tells me they've been friends for a decent amount of time, so I doubt any new budding feelings are going to come about that wouldn't already exist. On the other hand Jessie barely knows Cloud, so she's still "feeling him out" so to speak. There's more room to grow, I guess. I don't think relationships are going to be much of a focus anyway; Cloud's not exactly the most proactive in that field. Dude really just can't take a hint, if his later interactions with Tifa are anything to go by. If something actually happens, I'm almost certain Jessie would be the instigator. That'd be kind of a nice mix-up from Tifa's raw inaction, though Aerith is also forward (not as much as Jessie was being in the demo.) I dunno. It's going to be a long final week and a half.
