Sometimes you just gotta let people fight stuff out and let them talk it out. I've expressed multiple times that I like most (if not all) of the staff, but that doesn't prevent me from disagreeing with them once in a while. Closing threads or (basically) telling people to get over it doesn't really solve any of the inherit problems. Which is why it keeps happening again and again.
