I still maintain my crack theory that they didn't release how many parts the game will have because that would be decided based on the reception of Part 1 (good sales/reception = more parts), lol. That's the only reason I can think of for retaining such important information from players.&#%$ing finally.
It was a typo. I think it's mentioned in the text next to her that she's #2 ( but I'm not sure)Tweet with the scans of the poll itself. Strange that Famitsu still labels Tifa as being “tied” with Cloud despite the numbers indicating that she has less than Cloud?
I have no idea when they plan to start recording dubs for part 2, but if there are still Covid complications, their job is only going to get harder. I hope that isn't the case.Sound Director Makoto Ise said:Doing the voice work for several languages at once (for a worldwide simultaneous release) was hell in the final stages of development. Between us, we just made it before the deadline.
Wow, uh, just all kinds of wow. "A new story" -- just putting it right on out there, aren't they?
And you go girl, Jessie. That's awesome.
In light of Nomura's surprised acknowledgement of her warm reception, I now definitely expectwe haven't seen the last of her. They almost certainly will find a way to include her in some capacity in one of the next installments. If not alive in the present, then at least featuring prominently in a spin-off, DLC, or something.
I was sick of him taking all the blame a long time ago, yeah he's hot eccentric habits and had made many questionable decisions elsewhere, but he's not stupid. He knows what this game means to people. On top of that, he's not the friggen writer anyway, that's Nojima.Well, well, looks like Nomura was actually the one who was the limiting factor in keeping even more changes from being added. Feels like even more evidence that people are unfairly assigning him the majority “blame” for things the don’t like in the Remake instead of Kitase and/or Nojima and others.

I agree, but I get the feeling they left some loose ends specifically to see how reception panned out before making final decisions. There's a reason so many elements of the ending were vague.Trying desperately to not step on that particular landmine, but I would hope they don't make plot changes/alterations (for any character) based purely on popularity.
You might even say they put some "Feelers" in there.I agree, but I get the feeling they left some loose ends specifically to see how reception panned out before making final decisions. There's a reason so many elements of the ending were vague.
