I did find it quite amusing that in OG7 everyone had the same cool boots, but in Remake now everyone has different cool boots.

That's exactly what they'll do. Definitely not interested, the cloak is only cool if you'd be able to remove it. You can actually see part of her original outfit under the cloak but yeah.... It's completely covered.

It's definitely a retail release, this particular dude seems to get his PAKs from Artnia in Shinjuku. Must say I'm rather impressed myself, looks like we're back to Barret V2 levels of quality - here's hoping that can be maintained.
