Where the heck does Mindoir sit on the map anyway? I only remember passing it by during ME1.

Well so far we have Mumble's Krogan living on Omega, My Krogan currently en-route to have a "meeting" with Aria and now Yaccy's crew heading to Omega.
Tis gonna be fun!

Okay so apparently no-one's really pinpointed the location of Mindoir which is odd as I swear it was on the Galaxy Map in Mass Effect 1

Do you fellas wanna place it somewhere specific

It's near the Terminus systems in the attican traverse. It's plausible they could stop there to refuel or something on the way to Omega.

iirc the Terminus Systems is referring to a broad range of star systems of which the Local Cluster is fairly close to so idk

It's also dubiously close to the Krogan DMZ and sitting opposite the Citadel and Omega is located on the other end of the galaxy meaning that the Odessa would have to make a 3/4 circle around the entire galaxy and ngggggghhtravel is hard work

That was the map I used to double check all my space-geography because wiki desecriptions of locations just don't cut it.

Also is there a particular reason the Odessa has to visit Mindoir at all? I mean it's kinda a smoking wreck now anyways.

Well assuming that the Krogans' objective is to conquer and then multiply, the Odessa would probably be tasked with making sure they don't multiply on Mindoir, despite them already having conquered it.
