Opening of the meeting
The meeting was opened. Present were Aaron (Rory Williams), Avec (AvecAloes) Cthulhu, Dawnbreaker, Fangu, Flintlock, Kuroto, Odinson (Thor), Prince Lex, Shademp, Satsufeis (Satsugaizake), Tet (Tetsujin) and Username (Morrigan). YACCBS (Dana Scully) also arrived just before the end of the meeting. Flintlock chaired.

As you can see, Username is Morrigan (Carlie).

Wasn't I? I didn't know that

I wasn't sure whether to use IRC names, forum names or other names that people are known by (e.g. Road rather than Thor or Odinson). I went with IRC names to be consistent with the chat log and to make sure I didn't make any mistakes.

So, the meeting will be taking place on Sunday. The time is provisional - we didn't agree on anything last time - and I'm open to suggestions. It can't be too late, though, as it's a "schoolnight". Let me know if you can or can't make it.

I'll chair again, but I'd like someone else to have a turn soon

I'd like to hold the next meeting this weekend, either Friday at about 10 PM UK time (5 PM US east coast) or Sunday at about 8 PM UK time (3 PM US east coast). Staff, and anyone else who is interested, let me know which you could attend, and I'll choose the time that suits the most people.

Sunday is better for me, but Friday works as well as long as it doesn't drag out (I have an early shift Saturday morning).

Right, let's try and get together tomorrow at 8 PM UK time, 3 PM US east coast time, midday US west coast time. I won't bother drawing up a full meeting plan, as only a few people have said they'll attend. It'll be somewhat more informal than usual. We'll just discuss the current state of the site and forum and talk about what needs to be done.
