Can't wait for the second season. Like, how on earth are they going to top this season? It's been fantastic. As for Eddie, you'd have to be pretty dumb not to realise where he was headed, especially after his talk with the professor.

Barry's getting a new love interest in season 2 and thank God, it's not Iris!

Ami you are aware that Iris is Barry's wife in the comics? Also Wally's aunt and Bart Allen's grandmother?

Also no, no, no please, no more love interests, no more romantic drama (love triangles). Just focus on actually developing Barry and Iris. They have one of my favorite relationships in the comics and the show has done a shit job of adapting that so far.

I'm fully aware of this. Oliver also ends up with Laurel in the Green Arrow comics. Does this mean it's happened in Arrow? To begin with, yes. Right now? No. The TV shows don't necessarily have to follow the comics and that's what I like, that they surprise you (this is coming from someone who hasn't necessarily read the comics, but has read some things online).

The romantic plots are the weakest in a series like this (yes, even arguably so in Arrow) and while I do agree that Barry and Iris (I just don't see myself being a massive fan tbh) need to be developed, I'm not going to be opposed to a new love interest either. There are also a few comments on the link that Wendy may actually be Patty. I wouldn't be surprised, considering they typically use codenames to mask the true roles from actors.

I just finished watching the first season of this show.

I wasn't favorably impressed, tbh. (other than by how attractive iris is)

Don't get me wrong - it certainly had its moments - but, by and large...meh. I doubt I'll tune in to a second season.

I'm fully aware of this. Oliver also ends up with Laurel in the Green Arrow comics.

He was married to Dinah Laurel Lance in the comics, the real Black Canary. Which neither that shitty Laurel or her less annoying sister are.

I really don't care or want to see on Flash any similar story decisions that Not Batman Arrow does.

That is incredibly awesome news! I haven't watched Constantine, but it's on my watch list and have heard nothing, but great things. It makes me wonder if The CW would take on the series if the character went down with their audience.

I'm also wondering whether to make a separate Arrow thread, or to request this be known as The Arrow/Flash thread since they're intertwined?

Earth-2 Iris has been more involved in the plot in only one episode than Earth-1 Iris in one and a half seasons. Killer Frost has been more involved in the plot in only one episode than Caitlin all season.
