I remember that writing articles were part of the initial plans for this site, and in concept, I like the idea, but its true that, especially with the ultimanias, it would be hard to talk about something new. I know the idea of commentaries have been tossed around more than once.

The only real reason I came here was because of the translations. That's what's going to bring people in. The only thing is, I've seen handful of translations groups die. It's all well and good to say "let's translate" when you're not translating. One guy can't do an entire book unto himself. >___> Jus' saying.

Doing some maths, how much it would cost (before shipping) to do the two projects mentioned so far:

FFVIII: Approx. $16

FFXII [complete set]: ... Approx. $85

I actually have scans of one of the FFXII (Battle Ultimania), so that would be about $68 without that. The International Zodiac Job System Ultimania, from what I can tell from reviews (as the official site doesn't list the contents for this one), is mostly about the changes from the original. The only other thing seems to be an interview with the director of the International version. So minus that one, that would be about $53.

I'll see if there's any more scans online, because that's still a lot of money and since working from a book is a pain in the arse and I never want to do it again
