I think it might be uploaded as a new announcement, but on the forums its displaying announcement_old.gif. It could just be used for bot i guess. Just upload a copy named announcement_old.gif

edit: done. among the thread icons, it looks like we still don't have thread_hot_lock, thread_hot_lock_new, thread_dot_hot_lock, thread_dot_hot_lock_new, and thread_moved_new. Honestly I can probably make those myself if it's too much of a pain in the arse, but cba right now because I should have been in bed several hours ago.

Trus, but it's positioning & icon are just placed to represent a subfolder, similiar to where the pointer shows up in a RPG to show what menu you're currently selected on.

That icq icon is win.
