How the hell do they do the ending without the squid? Then again I suppose they could just use some other form of mass destruction without changing too much of the plot.

im going to re-read watchmen in anticipation of the movie release.
Im still upset at the lack of squidness in the ending and mostly about how easily ZS is writing off the squid as unimportant.
Herro its not just a fucking squid its signifigant for peats sake.
Replacing it with another kind of destruction just wont cut it imo.
Either way i still think i will enjoy the movie me and some mates are going to try to catch the first showing , i just hope the theatre wont be sold out like it was for the dark knight. We had to wait in line 2 hours just to get into a a packed room in which we had to wait another 2 hours playing our DS's and wasting our popcorn and soda far to early for the midnight showing.
Oh well twas worth it , hopefully watchmen will be to.

Looked yesterday when this was arriving on these shores... March 8th, not long to go now then. You bring up TDK there; I remember when I went to see it it wasn't packed, 3 people walked out and there was this wierd guy sitting infront of me who got a bit too excited with some scenes. =\

i went at the midnight showing in which the theatre we were at was sold out for the whole week end.
I had to buy my tickets off a friend who got them early in the morning that day.
It was fun but waiting 4 hours just sucked.
