I should note that Russian/Ukrainian titles are intended to have only the first word and proper nouns capitalised, and it does make a difference to last.fm, so the title of the album should really be Пригорща зірок. I fixxxed my poast too.

Negură Bunget - Ţesarul de lumini

This is probably in my top twenty albums of the last decade. There's really nothing else that sounds even remotely like it, even among the same band's works. I guess Dordeduh's EP is kind of similar, but there's not much of it.

Echtra - A War for Wonder I

This is another of those albums that's pretty much unique in sound.

The new album's really good too.

Discordance Axis - Compiling Autumn

The Inalienable Dreamless is one of the most unique grindcore albums ever. And therefore one of the most awesome.

"They say that when the wolves come out of the walls, it's all over. But it's not all over."

We Won't Go - Hungry Lucy

From the Where's Neil When You Need Him? Neil Gaiman tribute album. This particular song is dedicated to the children's story Wolves in the Walls.

Gorguts - Clouded

Obscura: Great death metal album or greatest death metal album? Can't wait for the vinyl later this year.

Even Gods Do - Thea Gilmore

Another song from Where's Neil When You Need Him?, this one inspired by American Gods. If HBO doesn't use this in the show, or at least for promotional purposes, I will be disappointed.

Admittedly, it'll be a low key disappointment...

Manilla Road - Isle Of The dead

I got a free tissue with the re-release of The Deluge. Because it's obviously the most fap-worthy re-release this year.

Nasum - Violation

Badass group; sucks that the vocalist and main songwriter died in a tsunami :(

Metallica - For Whom The Bell Tolls

I could actually play this on drums.

In fact, there's a chance I'll get to do that in a shitty cover band. On the other hand, it's a bunch of 17-year old kids whose only knowledge of metal seems limited to Metallica, Blur and the White Stripes, which makes me a sad panda.

It'll likely sound quite a bit different since Viterzgir, the main songwriter and instrumentalist, left to form another group (Viter) because he got tired of Eisenslav's far-right political stances. May check it out due to curiosity anyway though.

Yeah, I read something like that :monster:.

Cynic - Adam's Murmur

Needs to maek moar albums, and no shitty covers of their own albums.
