Most of those are supposed to be Cyrillic characters I think, but whoever tagged it did so with Cyrillic encoding so people on computers with Latin encoding will see it as a bunch of random shit. Best way to fix it is to save to a text file, open the text file in firefox, and switch to cyrillic encoding.

It pisses me off to no end when .torrents are untagged or mistagged. I have to store two copies of each file because some lazy cunt can't spend two minutes filling in a field? Piss off. I almost feel like saying "Fuck it" and starting a new .torrent of the properly tagged versions. I've come to prefer image+.cue downloads because at least that way if it's mistagged you only have to duplicate the .cue sheet rather than the music.
