I feel like Hardcore Dancing to this song. I FINALLY found a version of this video with an uncensored version of the song. Fun fact: the bass player on this song is Robert Trujillo, who later went on to play bass for Ozzy in the early 2000s (during which time he was inadvertently at the center of controversy when he rerecorded all of Bob Daisley's parts for the 2002 reissues of Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman at the request of Ozzy's manager/wife Sharon Osbourne due to a royalty dispute between the Osbournes and Daisley; though the original bass and drum tracks were restored on later reissues, Daisley and the Osbournes remain on bad terms to this day), and in 2003 was named Jason Newsted's replacement as the bassist of Metallica (he is closing in on Newsted's record of longest serving bassist in Metallica's history).

Metallica just released this video on their official YouTube channel yesterday. This is from a professionally taped performance from their headlining gig at the 1985 Metal Hammer Festival in Germany (one of their first headlining gigs as a touring band, and their first such show at a festival). This gig is noteworthy for 3 songs from that show (The Four Horsemen, Fade to Black, and Seek and Destroy) being featured on the band's home video debut, Cliff 'em All (which was released in 1987 as a tribute to their fallen bassist Cliff Burton, who was killed in a tour bus accident on September 27th the previous year).

Haven't watched BvS yet, but I heard that Wonder Woman's theme in the movie was so badass, so I headed over to youtube to have a listen, and now my ears are having an orgasm.

April 5 is the saddest day on the Rock n Roll Calendar, bar none. On this day, we lost the following:

Nirvana guitarist & frontman Kurt Cobain (1994, suicide)

Veteran rock drummer of numerous bands (with 60 albums under his belt) Cozy Powell (1998, car accident)

Alice in Chains frontman Layne Staley (2002, drug overdose)

Former KISS guitarist Mark St. John (2007, brain hemorrhage)

And guitar amplifier mogul Jim Marshall (2012, natural causes). Jim Marshall's only experience as a musician was as a drummer in the 50s (I think he was in a jazz group), but his legacy was in his amp company bearing his name, Marshall Amplification, building guitar amps that shaped the sound of Rock 'n' Roll over the last 54 years, and even making it possible for harder styles of rock, such as heavy metal, to take shape. Here's a live clip from the thrash metal band Slayer using a whole wall of Marshall cabinets onstage.

I'd always been told this band was kind of a joke but this song has a pretty legit break down half way through and doesn't seem so bad.
